    Monthly Meditstion Classes

    Every Wednesday there is a Meditation Class at The Hub.

    Because everyone is different and ways to access those meditative states can be different for different people, there is a varying schedule of Meditation classes rotating on a monthly basis at The Hub.

    Every other week there is the Guided Meditation with Somatic Release Class. Allowing the person to physically shake off and out from the body, what if imprinted via the emotions, breathwork to help transition the nervous system out of fight or flight, a deep guided relaxation laying down, then coming to a seated position for a guided Meditation.

    Every 2nd Wednesday Laura leads another way to access the meditative state using the frequency of Mantra. Using varying Matra's such as OM, Gayatri, So Hum and others, repeatedly, then ceasing to sit in silence in the resonance of the frequency.

    The 4th Wednesday of the month is again another way to enjoy Meditation. Laying down comfy on the mat or mattress, with blankets, bloters, pillows, eyemasks. Seclude yourself to allow the sound of Laura's voice, gently and lovingly guiding you through a Relaxation first, then a healing Meditation fused with the sound of the Shamanic Drum and /tibetan Singing Bowls. Ending with plenty of time to come back round after the journey, recount your experience if desired, and there is the option to stay for a cup of tea at the end to ground and centre yourself before the journey home.
